Requirements
1. 1st Degree from a reputable Nigerian/foreign University (Minimum of Second Class Lower Division 2.2).
2. Additional Qualifications (Masters in related field & Professional bodies will be an added advantage).
3. Must be computer Literate (MS Word, MS Excel, Power Point).
4. Minimum working experience of 3 years in the Banking sector (Core Marketing).
5. Banking Operations experience will be a plus.
6. Deep knowledge of Primary Mortgage Institutions product and service offerings.
7. Ability to initiate aggressive recovery action on non-performing loans including watch list accounts in branch.
8. Can analyze financial statements, with an emphasis on the Balance sheet.
9. Ability to develop and present management reports to Group Head and articulate how it affects the Region.
10. Must be conversant with the Area being applied for.
11. Must be Customer centric, can comfortably communicate with key clients of the Branch; Knowledgeable in Relationship Marketing.
12. Must be Aggressive and Politically Savvy.
