QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
• BSc/HND or equivalent qualification in relevant discipline
• A minimum of 10-15 years experience in Facility Maintenance 8 years of which should be in a similar position.
• Good knowledge of operations, procedures and systems for civil, electrical and mechanical service installations,
RESPONSIBILITIES
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage the complete facility maintenance operation ensuring that the services provided meet the specifications
• Responsible for the day to day running of the facility maintenance operations.
• Plan maintenance schedules and follow up Liaison with clients
Interested candidates must be fluent in both spoken and written English. Should possess full understanding of working in all HSE conscious environment and have attended a recognised “Supervising Safety” course.Experience in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems will be of advantage.
