Reports to the Regional Manager. The successful candidates primary responsibility will be to ensure the successful implementation of the Global Fund malaria diagnosis programme in assigned region. S/he will provide support for the strategic and technical coordination and implementation of all Global Fund focused programmes at the facility level.
