The international expert must have:Master’s Degree or equivalent experience in Agric Economics, similar development studies or related field;At least 15 years of experience in VC programme/project formulation, project management, or related areas;Experience working with a private sector development, research or policy advice centre is a plus for the consultant.Fluency in both written and spoken English.
