Job Title: Customer Relation Manager Ref: “CRM 10”
Responsible for building and sustaining long lasting relationships with customers, handling customer complaints, training and managing of customer service team members and ensuring that customer service standards are met. Participate in the planning and execution of customer events. Ensure that detailed and structured processes in handling customers are delivered.
QUALIFICATION:
Minimum of Bachelor’s degree or Higher National Diploma.
5 0′ leve1 credits inclusive of English Language and Mathematics.
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of 5 years cognate experience in a high volume sales and ERP environment. The successful candidate will also demonstrate ability to maintain records and documentation.
THE PERSON:
Calm, amiable and empathetic individual with good communication and coordination skills. Successful candidate must also possess good listening skills and excellent interpersonal skills.
